Paradigm Capital Management, Inc. helps institutions, endowments, and corporate pension funds take advantage of inefficiencies in capital markets to achieve their investment goals over the long term. The firm also makes its services available to retail investors through several mutual funds.
The 24-person firm has offices in New York and Albany, NY. Assets under management stand at $1.2 billion.
We use rigorous, bottom-up, fundamental research to uncover stocks with strong performance potential, then build diversified portfolios designed to outperform their benchmarks over a rolling five-year time horizon.
We believe market efficiency rises in proportion to available information and interest. The best opportunities can often be found in equities without prominent analyst coverage or significant institutional ownership. We pay particular attention to industries that are neglected by other investors.

Paradigm Capital Management Unrelated to Stanford
As you may be aware, recent news articles have referred to Paradigm Global Advisors LLC and a Stanford Financial Group entity known as the Paradigm Stanford Capital Management Core Alternative Fund. Neither Paradigm Capital Management nor Paradigm Funds Advisor is affiliated in any way with those entities.
Paradigm Capital Managment is an independent, privately held investment manager. Our institutional clients have independent custodial relationships and ongoing reconcilliation of transactions. With regard to Paradigm Funds, U.S. Bank is the custodian for Paradigm Funds. Premier Fund Solutions is the fund administrator, and Cohen Fund Audit Services is the independent auditor.
Paradigm Capital Management's Form ADV is available on the SEC's Web site, and clearly demonstrates the lack of connection between our firm and any entities involved in the Stanford matter.
Questions can be directed to Paradigm Capital Management's Chief Compliance Officer, John Gulick, at (518) 431-3500.
