Key personnel include:

Candace King Weir, Chief Investment Officer
Ms. Weir was one of the first women to open her own small-cap institutional research firm.  She founded the firm in 1972. Her success in identifying hidden value for investors led her to form an investment advisory practice in 1984 and incorporate as Paradigm Capital Management, Inc. in 1994. Ms. Weir received her BA from Vassar College.  Candace is Chief Investment Officer and co-manages the Small-Cap, Micro-Cap and Hedge Fund portfolios.

Amelia Weir, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Director of Research
Prior to joining Paradigm Capital Management, Amelia was a portfolio manager with William D. Witter, Inc. and previously worked as an equity research analyst at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. Amelia earned her undergraduate degree at Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Amelia is Director of Research, and co-manages the Micro-Cap and Hedge Fund portfolios.

Jonathan Vyorst, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Vyorst has worked for leading investment management organizations for more than two decades. Previously he was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at William D. Witter in Manhattan. Prior to Witter, he managed private client and smaller institutional accounts for Allianz Private Client Services, and worked as an equity research analyst at First Manhattan Company. Vyorst has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Yale.  Jonathan co-manages the Small-Cap and SMid-Cap portfolios.  He also manages the All-Cap portfolio.

Jason Ronovech, CFA, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Ronovech joined Paradigm Capital Management in 2000. He served as  a senior analyst with an emphasis on the technology, consumer discretionary, and health care sectors. Prior to joining Paradigm he worked for Prudential. Mr. Ronovech earned a BA from Hamilton College, and is a CFA charterholder.  Jason co-manages the Small-Cap and SMid Cap portfolios.
