Biography:
Ms. Weir is a highly regarded leader in small-cap value investing, with a track record dating back to 1972, when she was one of the first women to open her own institutional research firm. Her success in identifying hidden value for investors led her to form an investment advisory practice in 1984 and incorporate as Paradigm Capital Management in 1994. Ms. Weir received her BA from Vassar College.
