Since joining Paradigm in 2000, Mr. Ronovech has worked on Paradigm’s $1 billion small-cap value strategy, serving prominent institutional investors. Since the beginning of 2006, he has also managed the Paradigm Opportunity Fund, a small-cap core strategy that was featured in The Wall Street Journal as a “Category King” over the one-year period ending Sept. 28, 2007. He previously worked for Prudential. Ronovech earned a BA from Hamilton College, and is a CFA Charter holder.
